The assignment

Build the opening team, not just the applicant list.

The signed scope went beyond sourcing. Our team was responsible for evaluating applicants, coordinating interviews, tracking decisions, starting new-hire paperwork, and scheduling the external steps required before a person could begin airport work.

  • Review, evaluate, and shortlist applicants
  • Contact candidates and coordinate interviews
  • Track applicants through selection
  • Coordinate new-hire paperwork and onboarding
  • Schedule required signatory, Metro, and badge-office steps
  • Connect new hires with managers for start preparation

The delivery sequence

Four operating lanes moved at the same time.

  1. 01

    Capture and triage demand

Applications were reviewed as they arrived, then routed by role and readiness instead of waiting for the campaign to close.

  2. 02

    Interview by job family

Front-of-house, culinary, utility, receiving, and supervisory candidates moved through role-specific review and interview paths.

  3. 03

    Coordinate external clearance

Selected candidates still needed employer paperwork, signatory steps, Metro requirements, and airport badging appointments.

  4. 04

Close the handoff to Day 1

The work continued through manager connection, start preparation, and confirmation that hires were active for the opening window.

Application demand

The opening required a mixed hospitality workforce.

The application export covers 1,083 records dated November 24 through December 2, 2024. Counts below are aggregate application records, not unique-person or hire counts.

The result

110 hires reached active status in six weeks.

The retained engagement record reports 110 people sourced, screened, processed, badged, onboarded, and active within the six-week opening window. That result is the basis for LiNQable’s opening-engagement model: a launch needs one accountable operating pipeline through Day 1, not disconnected vendors handing a candidate list from one step to the next.
