Terms of Service

Last updated: May 25, 2026 — pending Nevada attorney review

The basics

LiNQable is a hiring platform operated by BLiNQsvc that connects job seekers with open hospitality, retail, and QSR roles at partner companies — including airport concessions, restaurants, and retail venues. By using LiNQable — applying for a role, responding to a pre-screen invitation, uploading required operational credentials, or (if your partner company engaged our optional Authorized Representative service) meeting our AR in person for I-9 verification — you agree to these terms.

If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. Email privacy@linqable.io if you'd like us to delete the information we've already collected.

What LiNQable is and isn't

  • LiNQable is a service provider to partner companies. The actual employer is the partner company that ultimately hires you.
  • LiNQable does not employ you, does not pay your wages, and does not control your day-to-day work assignments. The partner company does.
  • LiNQable handles recruitment, pre-screening, scheduling, operational credential collection (food handler card, alcohol/TAM card, badge photos), and hand-off to the partner company's payroll system for onboarding. Optional add-on: for partner companies that engage our Authorized Representative service, LiNQable also performs in-person I-9 verification under USCIS Handbook M-274.
  • LiNQable does not store or hold copies of your government-issued identification(passport, driver's license, Social Security card, etc.). By default, your partner company handles the I-9 process and your documents directly. If they engaged our optional AR service, we inspect those documents in person and hand them back to you without scanning or storing them. The completed I-9 lives in the partner company's payroll system (ADP, Gusto, Paychex, Rippling, Workday, or QuickBooks Payroll), not on our servers.

Application and information you provide

When you apply, we collect the information described in our Privacy Policy. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Knowingly providing false information (including on an I-9) is a federal crime and grounds for immediate disqualification or termination.

SMS / Text messaging

By providing your phone number when you apply through Indeed, LinkedIn, or another job board partnered with our hiring system, you consent to receive SMS messages from LiNQable about the hiring process. Messages may include: interview scheduling links, pre-screen invitations, credential upload portal links, in-person verification appointment confirmations, badge-class scheduling, and welcome notes.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We use Twilio as our messaging provider and respect their STOP/HELP keyword handling.

Pre-screen and interviews

The pre-screen questionnaire is used to confirm eligibility (age, work authorization, ability to clear a TSA background check where applicable) and basic role fit (availability, transportation, preferred shift). Failure to meet a knockout requirement results in automatic disqualification for that specific role; you may still be considered for other roles.

Interviews are conducted in person at a mutually agreed location in the market where the role is open. You are responsible for getting yourself to and from the interview.

In-person I-9 verification (optional, only if your partner company engaged it)

By default, the partner company handles your I-9 directly. You complete Section 1 with them and they complete Section 2 in their own payroll system or HR provider. LiNQable is not involved in this default process.

If your partner company engaged LiNQable's optional Authorized Representative service, you will be scheduled for an in-person meeting with a LiNQable AR. At that meeting:

  • You will present your identity and work-authorization documents from List A, or List B plus List C, per Form I-9 requirements.
  • The AR will inspect your documents in person, complete Section 2 of the I-9 either inside the partner company's payroll system or hand the form to the partner company's HR team for completion, and return your documents to you.
  • Your I-9 documents are not photographed, scanned, or otherwise digitally captured by LiNQable.
  • Section 1 of the I-9 (your portion — legal name, address, DOB, citizenship status, signature) is completed by you directly in the partner company's payroll system, not through any LiNQable interface.

Operational credentials you upload

Separate from the I-9, some roles require operational credentials that you upload through our candidate portal:

  • Food handler card (any role handling food)
  • Alcohol service or pour card (e.g., TAM card in Nevada — required for bartenders and alcohol-serving servers)
  • Photo for your TSA SIDA badge after airport processing completes (airport roles only)

These are required by federal, state, or local regulations and/or the partner company's policies. Submitting them through the portal allows us to forward them to the partner company on your behalf. We auto-delete the underlying image from our systems after a 30-day transit window (longer for SIDA badge photos, kept until the badge is issued). We retain the credential number and expiration date for renewal tracking.

No employment guarantee

Completing the application or pre-screen does not guarantee an interview. Completing an interview does not guarantee an offer. An offer is contingent on TSA badge clearance (where applicable), successful credential and identity verification, and the partner company's final decision. All employment with the partner company is at-will unless their policies specifically state otherwise.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or stolen information.
  • Impersonate another person.
  • Attempt to access another candidate's information or account.
  • Attempt to bypass, probe, or attack the platform's security (rate limits, token URLs, portal access controls).
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than applying for posted roles.

Limitation of liability

LiNQable provides this platform “as is” and makes no warranties about uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Nevada law, LiNQable's liability for any claim related to your use of the platform is limited to $100. We are not liable for the partner company's decisions about whether to hire you, terminate you, or the terms of your employment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
