JAMBA SNACK BAR ATTENDANT Location: Jamba & Runway Deli, Norman Y. Mineta San José International Airport (SJC)Pay Range: $21.45 - $22.15 per hour ***(effective July 1, 2026) ***plus tips (Must Pass a 90-Day Probationary Period to be included with the tip pool) JOIN OUR TEAM At Jamba, we're all about blending healthy ingredients, positive energy, and great customer service. Working at San José Mineta International Airport offers a fast-paced, exciting environment where no two days are the same. Whether you're preparing smoothies, assisting guests, stocking products, or maintaining a clean and welcoming store, you'll play an important role in delivering the Jamba experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude Prepare smoothies, bowls, juices, and food items according to Jamba recipes and standards Operate cash registers, kiosks, and point-of-sale systems accurately Maintain product quality, food safety, and sanitation standards Restock ingredients, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift Keep dining, service, and preparation areas clean and organized Assist with receiving deliveries and inventory organization Work as part of a team to provide fast, efficient service during busy travel periods Follow all airport security, safety, and operational procedures AIRPORT REQUIREMENTS Employment is contingent upon successfully obtaining and maintaining an airport security badge. Pass an airport background check Complete airport badging requirements Be eligible to work in secure areas of the airport Maintain all required airport credentials throughout employment SCHEDULING New team members should expect open availability during the initial training period. After training, schedules may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. WHY JOIN US? Requirements
- —MUST be able to PASS a TSA BACKGROUND SCREENING
- —MUST HAVE a VALID DRIVERS' LICENSE or STATE iD along with SOCIAL SECURITY CARD or BIRTH CERTIFICATE. (NO COPIES)
- —MUST HAVE WORK AUTHORIZATION DOCUMENTS if USED for Work.
- —Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- —Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- —Reliable attendance and punctuality
- —Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
- —Basic math and cash handling skills
- —Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- —Previous food service or customer service experience is helpful but not required
