Job Overview*** We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at our Las Vegas Airport location. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent service and engaging with diverse customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, retail experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve our diverse clientele. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
• Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
• Conduct product demonstrations and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
• Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and stock rotation
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Assist with cashiering duties, including cash handling, processing payments, and balancing registers
• Engage customers through friendly phone etiquette and personalized recommendations
• Support in-store promotional activities and product demos to boost sales performance
• Requirements
• Prior experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math calculations
• Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers effectively
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products and perform merchandising tasks
• Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team
• Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends as needed
